Yippie! My parcel has arrived. Arrived in Sweden. But not in the cosiness of my room as yet. Why??? Coz i wasn't home today when faithful DHL came with my package. And they left me a brillant collection card which was ALL in Swedish. So i just stared blankly at those familiar alphabets but alien words. Grr... feels like they were mocking @ me. Haha.. So i used some online translator but the translation kinda din really make sense. So brillant me just picked up the fone n called the lady. And wonderfully she can speak a lil english... enough to tell me that DHL only makes its rounds to my area btw 930 to 1130 in the morning... or not i'll haf to go to their office to get the parcel.. which obviously i dun haf the slightest idea how to get there... Not even with a map... coz the maps i haf haf no bus route nos... I NEED A BUS GUIDE! not those with the timings... but the routes n bus numbers... (yes.. the bus guide here has the timings of the buses @ each bus stop. Precision bus timings i muz say.) So having class tml (coz the lazy me din feel like gg for class today which ended up with me going to shop & spending money n having to go for make up class tml) Sighz... And thus my parcel can only reach my arms on wed at the expense of missing another class. But wat the heck.. i want my parcel! I want my new year goodies...
*screams* Swedish homework is driving me nuts. Is my language skills dat atrocious??? Now i think i can't spell... I do pay attention in class... but how come i still duno how to do my hw.. Arghh... The words are sooo alien... Never seen them in class before. WTH.. *blames my teacher* Haha... Bad workman blaming his tools. Muahaha.. Now i'm being to wonder y i even bother mugging for swedish when i dun even haf to take it... nor am i transferring it back. Sheesh... WHY WHY WHY?!?! Should just give it up... haha... But ultimately i won't.. Haha... i suck!
Kiruna trip is off... couldn't get the tix... N dun pple know wat's a QUEUE?!?! Sheesh... Just coz the ang mohs are tall... they get the queue numbers by simply reaching over the shorties! *protest* And hell, there were only 50 places for like 400+ exchange students. Grr... Nvm... shall plan for my own trip. Bleahs...
MEt my contact family today... They're nice... seems rich... the diamond on her hand was like HUGE... i really mean HUGE... Haha... Having dinner over @ their place this weekend. Finally i get to see wat a swedish household is like... n their lifestyle. Hope they'll be nice... n cook me nice swedish cuisine. Esp since i'm going to sacrifice some of my new year goodies & share with them.Haha...
And i still think i'm happier without my msn maybe particular pple.... i was happy when i was in stockholm. But somehow everytime i see some stuff... i just lose it.... Maybe it's a beckoning for me to stay away from the cyber world.. stay far far away from there... it's wierd how u know some things affect u but yet u still choose to see them n be affected... n how u just can't ignore it... It's not abt not moving on... but it's just some wierd part of humans. But watever it is... i'm happy... happily enjoying the cold winter n praying tt i'll get rosy cheeks... happily feasting with fellow glutty friends here... happily touring everywhere... shopping.. Haha...
Shall get back to mugging for swedish! Post pix soon k... when i'm a lil freer... :)
