been neglecting this space but yah.. i'm back.. not too sure for how long...
just another night where i'm sleepless.. so here i am updating...

it's been crazy in the office...
with the outflux of my fellow team mates...
getting myself trained n up to speed with the whole functions & processes of the team
getting a change of management and a huge diversion in the management style
integration works
influx of newbies
and the task of training falls unto me...
training + doing normal work + working on project + looking after the team.. is no joke..
and with all my bosses off for 1 week n 2 weeks...
their cover is like me, myself n I
so that makes it
BAU + training + mgmt reports + looking after the team + testing + projects + all the adhoc issues & queries + attending meetings on their behalfs
all in all.. i can barely breathe or have the energy for anything else
and after fighting for 1 week.. all the sleepless nights with to-do list & issues randomly popping up in my sleep.. i'm starting to get the hang of coping with all these..
with priorisitising everything... delegating work down...
i guess i'm picking up.... though i pity my trainees whom i barely have time to impart the knowledge.... n i pity my pay cheque...

gosh.. think abt it.. i've come a long way...
and a longer road ahead...
i'm just praying all the hard work will pay off and things will come my way...
and the numerous takes away i have from these 2 weeks...
this is prolly the steepest learning curve i have in my entire life span in this place...
