it's been a long time since i've managed to get internet access... Sheesh... Since berlin... i've been to Prague... vienna and now in Budapest. Next stop would be off to sunny Greece.
Europe is sooooo hot... and i swear it feels much hotter than Singapore. Esp the sun seems like it can pierce through your skin. Sheesh... The only good thing is prolly that it is less humid that in Singapore. But nonetheless u still perspire like a dog. Sighz. Hot hot hot. And the best part about Europe is that they have heaters for winter but they dun haf air conditioners for the hot summer. Bleahz.
Anw... Prague is really beautiful. Vienna is pretty much overrated i guess... Budapest... I've yet to explore and discover it. Muahaha...
Sighz... Super duper sian... Especially it's the season to start thinking of wat courses to bid/ *headache* It's such a bitch to do it while travelling... it's like half ya mind is thinking about wat courses to take next term... thinking of how much to bid... and here u are trying to travel and enjoy yaself. And internet isn't that easy to come by. Thank goodness this hostel that i'm staying in provides free interente.... but it also means got to fight with pple to use... but at least there is free internet. Haiz.. Wat courses to take? And which slots to bid? And which profs is good? ANY kind soul willing to help me research? Haha.. Prolly taking strat, corp reporting, another finance and GRS (shucks... bsm china cancelled)... and i dunno wat else to take or i haf to take. *faintz*

Last nite in Berlin. Bleahs. Berlin is nice... I like this place.. There's so many thigns to do. But not enough time lah... Haiz... 3 days is really not enough to indulge in the Berlin atmosphere n of coz the World Cup atmosphere. Still got many parts of Berlin that i haven't done... Haven shopped too lorz. Haiz... Shall blog a lil since i've got free internet coz i'm staying with a german gal. The house is nice n cosy lah... Shioks.
Before Berlin was Amsterdam... din really see much of the city... but instead we took the bikes out into more of the country side. It was really fun lorz. It was different experience. Fun. Relaxing. Did some interesting stuff... Had our fills of good laughs. Muahaha... *directs interested party to 70 blog* Anw wished i had another day in Amsterdam though... N wished i popped over to Rotterdam to check out the cubic houses. Muahaha...

Berlin is wonderful. It's pretty much a nice n sunny place here. Not that I love the sun that much... Or at least my love of the sun is falling a lil compared to 2 months back. The sun is fierce lah... piercing... n burning me. Sheesh.. FRom white to black lorz. LOL. The World cup fever is hitting on here. It's world cup stuff over... So much that puts me at a lost on wat kind of souveniers to buy. But it's nice to haf big screens and WC related events all over. Shiok manz. Muahaha... Though i'm not much of a fussball fan but it's an interesting and different experience to be in a country that is hosting the WC. And wat more in the city where some matches are held. Esp the Germany match which was held in Berlin. And to know that I live pretty close to the stadium where the match is held. Keke... And the birks here are cheap though the number of outlets of Birks here are far lesser than i expected. But nonetheless i got my Birks. Muahaha.. Thinking if i should get more. Muahaha... So much for Berlin now...

Got to catch some good sleep before my train ride to Prague tml... And dunno when's the next time got internet to blog. Tired manz.. Everynight is spent doing all the tracel stuff like booking of hostels and such... But it's fun. Somehow i'm looking forward to plan my next holiday.

Yohoo...Survived Spain... Survived Amsterdam... And the long hours of train rides. Mauahha.. And now i think Eurail is prettz worthy considering the train ride from train ride from the border of spain to paris is 97€... the train ride from paris to amsterdam was about 80€ and the ride from amsterdam to berlin is another 70€ (i think or somewhere ard there). Muahaha... pretty much the cost of half mz eurail pass cost... Keke.... Berlin's keyboard is so hard to type... Grr... the y and the z is switched... shall update when i got free net... Keke...

Madrid madrid madrid.
Pretty boring place. Not as pweetty as Barcelona. Shopping isn't as fantastic as Barcelona. blehz.. But nonetheless it's a nice place to nuah ard. The hostel - Cat's hostel is pretty nice. One of the nicest hostels that i've seen ard. Off to Zaragoza tml... Then shucks i dunno where to. Muahaha... Oh wellz...
I want to shop. Bleh bleh blehz. I sucks when u see so many things to shop n buy but u can't buy. Money is one. Lugging the load round europe for the next month is the second though tt's the main reason why i'm not shopping. Sobz. But oh wellz... i din stop me from shopping too. Muahaha... I SHOPPED. Lala... Figured this would be my last shopping trip for the next few countries that i would be visiting. Will be a hard core tourist in the countries to come. Time to work on my new camera. Spain is a feast for my eyes.. my eyes are perpetually fixed on the stuff sold in the shops. Too lazy to dish out the camera to snap pix. Muahaha... JO dearie... let's plan a Spain trip!!!!! We'll just go crazy here lah... Zara that goes up to 4 floors. Muahaha...
Think i should get down to do a bit of planning for the next few days. Muahaha... :P

Wheez... SPAIN SPAIN SPAIN.
Finally got my arse to spain after some hiccups. It was funny how another guy and some other people had the same fate of us of getting screwed up by a particular budget airline called... r***air (shant put names in case i get sued). Not the first time it happened. Happened to other as well.. MAybe next time i should travel by a REAL airline. So i left my exam hall like super duper early feeling really screwed. Duhz.. Haha... Trained to Goteborg... Grabbed a cab to the ulu airport n was arrived pretty late but i managed to check in. And met this really nice swedish gal whom we yacked all the way as we waiting for our plane to take off. Wellz... on the Tv it said departure is on time... but in reality it was nearly an hour late in taking off. GRRRRR... And so sweden to london. Arrived late and blardy stansted took eternity to clear the customs. so F***. but i met a fellow traveller who is transiting like me and we asked to cut the queue. Thank goodness most of the fellow travellers were really nice n let us hop all the way to the front. Cleared customs, grabbed our bags n flew to the check in counter. ONLY to discover the check in has closed. So tmd. Went over tot he counter n asked if we could still check in since there was still an hour before our flight took off... But being an already pissed off customer, i went to kao beh with the staff. But no use. Blardy snobs. which i think is typical of that kind of pple. Anw... big hoo haa... n ended up paying 40 frigging poounds to get a standby tix. Thank goodness got lorz... And so me n my new found friend were not satisfied till we boarded the plane. Muahaha... Anw... wat a way to start the eurotrip. Haiz... Waste my money only... Blardy hell...
Wellz... conclusion,,, when flying this particular airline n when transitting at stansted... 2 n half hours of buffer is not enough.
Okie... got 4 planless days... dunno where to go xia... haha...

time to say goodbye.
been a flurry of events for the past few days... Settling the trip stuf, packing up, attempting to study for exams, meeting up with everyone and all... drinking... getting wasted. Muahaha... wish i had more time. it's when everyone starts getting close that we all haf to part. sucks. But tt's life. emotional turmoil the past few days. tears were shed for watever reason. only wish: MORE TIME.
I will miss everyone here. Blehz.
Better catch 2 hours of studying at least. Yes i haf an exam in a few hrs but i haven started studying.. Muahaha...
Lil blog post from now since i'll be embarking on my eurotrip. Wll try to blog often n tag more!

i just feel like giving up on this whole eurotrip. the number of setbacks or watever u call it seriously outweighs the excitement i haf for it. maybe i should just take my original flight back n just bum ard here. or maybe it isn't even a choice. i'll get deported back. half my mind was bent on calling someone to talk to today. someone whom i can talk to... prolly someone half the world away. not the first time feeling like that here but i nv picked up the fone to call... at max msg only. why alwiz like that??? but thank goodness for cooking which took my mind off everything.

Exchange is coming to an end. Blehz. Was walking down bank street with JY n reminiscing about how it just feels like yesterday where we met each other n started on this journey. The same street that we had our first group pix taken. Then it was freezing n snowing. Now it's nice n sunny. How the months fly. I'm so going to miss JKP.
Sucks not to haf photoshop... Disappeared when my comp crashed n had to reformat it. Sighz.

Horror 1:
I got on a weighing scale n my jaw just dropped. I'm praying that the machine is spoilt! Guess how much weight i put on. Haiz x infinity. N i was once again reminded of a slim self as of a year ago. A yr ago slim. A yr n half ago lagi skinny. WAT HAPPENED?
Horror 2:
I'm starting to like a lil of the Swedish club music & can dance to it. *faintz* Someone pls tell me how much better SG clubs r.
Horror 3:
Went clubbing & saw the back view of this guy. It was exactly the same as u-know-who. Momentarily i was SHOCKED. machiam one of my silly dreams. Thank goodness it's not.
Horror 4:
I'm running out of cash. But thank goodness my beloved mum is sponsoring 3K of my eurotrip.
Horror 5:
6 more days left here. Needs to study. Needs to pack. Die lah. I got so many thingd. Dunno where to start packing from.

Unending to-do list that i can't seem to clear.

ROAD TRIP SWEDEN-DENMARK

my mum amuses me. First she niam about driving around in unfamiliar place n roads. Forgivable... Coz it's really unfamiliar.. especially it's driving on the wrong side. But then again... doesn't mean that staying in a country means the pple here knows the roads well (as she claims) coz i realize tt pple dun travel ard in the countries they reside in and they are bound to be parts of the countries that they haven't been to. Second she goes on about the speed i drive on the highways here. Okie... agreed tt i like to speed. But not only here tt i drive @ some crazy speed :P but hush.. shhh... So she ends up telling me to take the taxi. Geez... Can u imagine how much that would cost??? Intercity taxi? Maybe tt explains where i get my bad habit of cabbing from. Keke... I miss cabbing ard... Blehz.. So next alternative was the bus which my argument is that bus is inflexible & more costly if we could get enough pple to rent the car. So she came up another alternative... *drumroll* WALK!!!! OMG... *faintz* I just love my mum... so amusing. N of coz for her volunteering to sponsor my eurotrip despite me asking for a loan for it. Haha.. But now to think of it... June/July is just so ex to travel. :( BUDGET!
Essentially wasted the day away. Din feel like doing anything. Shall start tml. Shall post up pix later i hope... N if u see those funny signs on the blog entry... u know i'm blogging from my blogger widget coz it's just one of those things tt i wanna write abt but is too lazy to log in.
